The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity. The F-15 Analysis and Integration Team is now hiring a F-15 Mission Systems Analysis, Integration, Test (AIT) Integration Manager (Level K) in St. Louis, MO.  The F-15 Integration Team consists of Integration engineers working closely together to expand and maintain the war-fighting capabilities of the F-15 for both the USAF and International customers. The Integration Team Leader has responsibility, authority and accountability for the development and integration of new capabilities for the F-15 and applies knowledge and experiences toward facilitating, directing and leading technical activities to accomplish the goals and objectives assigned to the Integration Team.


The Analysis and Integration (AI) Manager will provide leadership for the Integration Team within the F-15 Mission Systems organization working with the F-15 Analysis, Integration, & Test Senior Manager.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

  • Develops and performs project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides guidance and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Security Clearance:

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent.

  • 1 or more years of experience in leading effective engineering teams

  • 1 or more years of experience in program execution and technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, electronic or computer engineering

  • Experience with F-15

  • Experience with Mission Systems

  • Experience in the planning, requirements, design, development, test, delivery, and support of complex software development and system integration facility architectures and systems

  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills

  • Experience with Cost Account Management, Earned Value Management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong background in horizontal integration working across functions and capabilities to provide one overall deliverable system

  • Experience with system engineering life-cycle and large-scale systems integration. 

  • Demonstrated the necessary skills for maintaining good customer relationships interfacing directly with government customers and others, both internal and external  

  • Experience with system engineering life cycle and large-scale systems integration  

  • Ability to develop estimates, balance cost, schedule, and technical risk to meet program and customer objectives  

  • Experience with Agile development

  • Experience with JIRA 

  • Experience with DOORS
