The Boeing Company is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers to support our Emergent Operations team on 2nd shift, in Everett, Washington.

Emergent Operations is an engaged team providing emergent services, innovative solution and aerospace products. It is a fast-paced fabrication environment that protects the Enterprise by supporting our customers with quality, speed, and efficiency.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing areas.
  • Develops and implements integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops partnerships with customers, partners, peers, and team members.
  • Manages, develops and motivates team members.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year(s) of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Willing and able to work any shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Dedication to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
  • Familiar with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts.
  • Experience with Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data.
  • Well-versed in conflict resolution.
  • The ability to prioritize urgent requests.

Relocation:
