The Boeing Company’s Business Support Services is currently seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join their team in Renton, WA!

This position will focus on supporting 737 Program.

 

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

  

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience with collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

  • 3 or more years’ of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

  • 3 or more years’ experience with developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives (all manager meetings; all-team meetings, employee survey action plans etc.).

  • 5 or more years’ of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

  • 3 or more years’ experience developing and deploying localized training content.

  • 3 or more years’ experience with developing executive level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience with supporting multiple managers / leaders with developing strategic monthly, quarterly and yearly strategic plans.

  • 3 or more years’ experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

  • 2 or more years’ of project management experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
