Customer Training Specialist 3, Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. (d/b/a Jeppesen), Englewood, CO:

Develop and maintain professional, high-quality training materials and deliver training through various methodologies. Conduct training and perform training-related activities, including preparing training and necessary materials, conducting training classes, assessing training and trainee’s effectiveness. Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SME), leadership, and peers to ensure current content and training skills are up-to-date. Support and provide input to training coordination and scheduling activities. Challenge existing training processes and routines for improvement opportunities to the global learning system. Ensure application of standardized procedures and processes and leverage global training best practices and own improvement initiatives. Uses feedback to improve training content through collaboration with respective training partners and evaluates training curricula for correctness and currency. Provide continuous guidance, coaching, and feedback on performance and behavior to the trainees and trainee's leadership. Actively participate in Information and Knowledge Services (IKS) internal Community of Practice (CoP) meetings.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or a related field, and 2 years of work experience in designing or conducting work-related training and development programs.

  • Of the required experience must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Performing training-related activities, including training facilitation, preparing training and materials, conducting training classes, and assessing training and trainee’s effectiveness;

  • Supporting and providing training coordination and scheduling activities;

  • Utilizing Documentum, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel in preparing training materials;

  • Reading, interpreting, and coding from SID/STAR, EnRoute, and Approach charts;

  • Providing training on how to read, interpret, and code information from SID/STAR, EnRoute, and Approach charts by applying ARINC 424 specification; and

  • Analyzing country-specific sources, including International Aeronautical Information Publication (IAIP) and National Flight Data Digest (NFDD).
