Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Facilities Project Administrator to support our Infrastructure Support & Services Program in Tukwila, WA. The candidate will act as program site focal managing sell-off, delivery and sustainment of the customer facilities for new facility construction to include installation of aircrew training devices, coordination of site logistics and base access. Focus will be on direct interface between customer, construction contractor, base representatives and local Public Works Department (PWD) authorities. This candidate will travel domestically & Internationally up to 50% for varying times from 1 week to 30 days. Position Responsibilities: - Support in facility requirement development and documentation - Participate in the design review of facilities construction documents and on-site construction surveillance of facilities - Assist with site activation plans and provide basic facilities designs and graphics - Support the installation, sell-off, delivery and sustainment of the customer facilities - Coordinating base access, and personnel credentialing - Manage Training Device and Support Equipment coordination and planning This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Tukwila, WA. location. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Construction, Project or Program Management experience - Ability to travel up to 50% of time - Capable of traveling domestically or internationally - Experience using Microsoft Office Applications Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings Typical Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
