The San Antonio Engineering team is looking for an Equipment Preventative Maintenance Analyst 2 to support the Equipment and Preventative Maintenance group.  This position offers the opportunity to join this engineering group in creating and implementing a new process to effectively improve and maintain the reliability of the manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have a role in defining preventative maintenance plans and engineering activities to improve quality, reduce cost and maximize efficiency specific to the equipment operation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the day to day administration of the Equipment Engineering and Preventative Maintenance Group.
  • Analyze, interpret and create Preventative Maintenance plans from engineering requirements.
  • Input and maintain equipment data in Maximo application.
  • Coordinates preventative maintenance plans with Industrial Engineering and Maintenance team for scheduled activities.
  • Supports engineering in development of engineering documented processes which define roles and responsibilities for the Group.
  • Support and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needs.
  • Help ensure vendors are performing to contract and documenting completed work.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • An Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Manufacturing

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Onsite:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. (San Antonio, TX.)
