The Boeing Company is seeking an Integrated Support Planning and Management specialist to join the Chinook Sustainment Program Technical Integration (PTI) team responsible for the systems engineering, integrated logistics support and product lifecycle management activities related to the H-47 Chinook sustainment program. The Chinook PTI team is a dynamic and growing team focused on attracting and developing top talent. This new position will lead sustainment integration with our BGS teams to provide support for the global fleet and provide direct support to individual Chinook customers and projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads in the development of support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that requires inputs from multiple product support elements
  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
  • Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions
  • Supports Risks, Issues and Opportunity development and resolution
  • Leads the technical integration of follow-on support proposals.
  • Supports development and integration of tools, process and procedures required for site standup and operations.
  • Supports baseline management for program support products.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent combination of education and work related experience
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in proposal development.
  • Experience with analyzing technical data.
  • Experience with Process Improvement.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in proposal development
  • Experience in analyzing technical data

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Hybrid/Telecommute:

This Hybrid position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will also be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options. (USA - Ridley Park, PA, USA - Philadelphia, PA) Requires two days a week onsite.
