Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Associate Tooling Integration Analyst (Level 3) based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Creates, updates and manages tooling project plans, including cost estimation, scheduling, resource forecasting, vendor coordination and account management

  • Provides project visibility to management

  • Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process

  • Creates and or approves and releases tooling product definition data

  • Processes, writes and validates tooling product orders

  • Performs inventory control, bids with vendors and negotiations best buys

  • Consults with customers on service offerings

  • Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures

  • Works under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in team environments

  • Ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience utilizing Project Management skills

  • Experience conducting data analysis

  • Exceptional people skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to adapt and make quick decisions in high pressure, dynamic situations

  • Ability to work collaboratively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
