The Boeing Company is looking for Experienced Tool Integration Analyst (TIA) (Level 3) to support the PPM Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and manage tooling project plans, including cost estimation, scheduling, resource forecasting, vendor coordination and account management.
  • Provide project visibility to management.
  • Oversee compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process.
  • Create and/or approve and release tooling product definition data.
  • Process, write and validate tooling product orders.
  • Gather and prepare tooling product data, presentations and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop floor teams.
  • Identify, coordinate and process customer requirements for Tooling products or information.
  • Support efforts to review, update and create Tooling Value Stream documentation and procedures.
  • Work under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience conducting data and trend analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience implementing continuous improvement.
  • 1+ years of experience with Design, Tool, or Equipment Change Management Process.
  • Strong communication skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
