Boeing’s Engineering, Test and Technology (ET&T) and Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Business Operations is seeking a Staff Analyst to support the Northwest Lab Test organization in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a candidate who is able to analyze data, gather and integrate business requirements, and has an understanding of program /project management.

A successful candidate will be a quick starter, open to new changes, comfortable and confident when interfacing with executives at various levels, and be flexible to support various teams and requirements. This individual will also have the ability to work within a team and independently and have effective time management and organization skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and facilitates efforts to identify and execute improvement strategies focused on the team’s Strategic Priorities

  • Leads and manages the process for Facility and Asset Management (F&AM) projects and related Long Range Business Planning (LRBP)

  • Leads and manages the process for tracking actions associated with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS compliance)

  • Facilitates office utilization and occupancy (U&O) tracking and identify opportunities to reduce footprint

  • Acts as Records and Information Management (RIM) Steward for Lab Test Value Stream

  • Assists with process definition and optimization

  • Assists with integration across groups

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Delivers informational or technical materials

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Develops and deploys localized training content

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experienced in Program/Project Management best practices

  • 3+ years of experience leading or participating on cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working with Tableau  

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
