Boeing is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of Auburn, WA.  

This position reports to the Material & Standards Supply Chain organization. This is an integration role to create/maintain operational effectiveness across the team. The successful candidate will work very closely with all team members, managers and senior managers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining senior manager scorecard for all contracting activities

  • Creating director level presentations

  • Integrating with the team on risk management

  • Tracks & Analyzes Contracting milestones

  • Tracking team accomplishments

  • Measures key performance indicators

  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Prepares reports

  • Reviews schedules, creates plans for execution of procurement activities

  • Coordinates schedule changes for contractual changes and supplier incorporation

  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements

  • Communicates project objectives and activities

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Auburn, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience utilizing the following MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • More than 1 year of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management

  • More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $68,000-$93,600
