Job Description

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Security Operations Center Specialist to support our business in Sacramento, CA.

This candidate will ensure the health, welfare and safety of a facility that employs approximately 50 personnel in an office environment. Candidate will welcome visitors, process deliveries and issue badges as well as monitor CCTV. Attention to detail is a key skill for this position. The candidate will work on a rotational shift schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

- Monitors and controls physical access to company property

- Verifies authorized credentials

- Produces and issues identification credentials to comply with company requirements to insure persons on company property are identified and are authorized to access property

- Utilizes company standard production equipment and supplies

- Verifies identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance

- Ensures compliance with government and company requirements regarding access

- Enters required records into provided data management systems

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Sacramento, CA location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence or full scope Polygraph Pre-Start is required.

Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

- Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Tools

- Must meet physical requirements of the job, including climbing a ladder stairs to reach second floor areas and lifting up to 35 pounds

- Capable of working a rotational shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Experience with monitoring facility alarms (Lenel), CCTV and Fire Alarms Systems

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience)
