Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Weapons Program Integrator. The qualified candidate must have a great working relationship with peers, senior leaders, and executives using strong collaboration, communication, and people skills. The position is located in St. Charles, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

The Weapons PIO Project Manager will:

  • Oversee execution of program management policies and processes, including updates to program level plans
  • Coordinate with PM function on execution plan for gate reviews
  • Oversee risks, issues, opportunities tracking/management, and program change management process
  • Perform CAM responsibilities / manage PIO costs
  • Develop briefs for senior leadership
  • Coordinate with customers on the execution of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development program actions
  • Oversee program battle rhythm / Program Management Meeting metrics/charts
  • Primary interface for security, facilities, IT coordination/oversight
  • Drive long term program affordability strategies & initiatives
  • Provide CAR management support
  • Coordinate with contracts and programs on proposal management
  • Lead proposal management oversight across Weapons
  • Provide RIO support and leadership

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
  • 3+ years of experience working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) using EVM (earned value management)
  • Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience is typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
