The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards organization is currently seeking a Total Rewards Financial Benefit Core Delivery Senior Manager. This is a new role and the manager will have the opportunity to build a growing team providing core delivery support to the organization in the areas of data integration, audit and controls, participant experience, project/program management, process improvement and integration, and implementation of new strategic plans and programs across the Financial Benefit Delivery organization service delivery work streams.

This position can be based in any of the following locations: Mesa, Arizona; Austin, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Arlington, Virginia; Renton, Washington; Chicago, Illinois or Hazelwood, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees, working with a large system of internal and external partners implementing, handling data quality, and ensuring high quality participant experience in the areas of equity, compensation, 401k, pension, non-qualified, and financial well being plans and program delivery

  • Manage sourced and integrated customer care of traditional and 401k, pension, non-qualified, financial well being, equity and compensation plans/programs to ensure high quality participant experience

  • Oversee operations, execution, and administration of financial benefit configuration and table maintenance of internal HRIS platforms (Workday and HRPR) in coordination with IT, Payroll, subsidiaries, and other partners

  • Maintain plan operations and supplier requirements material such as business rules documents, plan provisions, production and defect logs, process maps and control plans

  • In partnership with Benefits portfolio and project management standards, oversee change and issue management practices to ensure efficient use of available resources and appropriate prioritization

  • Lead financial and data integrity, support Plan audits, and ensure appropriate controls

  • Ensure transition accuracy for daily, weekly, monthly and annual data transfers to and from Boeing and its suppliers and between suppliers

  • Maintain integrity of employee demographic data with suppliers, ensure daily interface feeds are accurate, loaded in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved accurately

  • Maintain a financial accounting system to provide accurate and timely information to Finance for completion of plan accounting and supplier payment functions where appropriate

  • Complete periodic database synchronization processes to ensure accurate and consistent data between Boeing systems and its administration suppliers

  • Mange internal operations of team to ensure on time product delivery and fulfillment of Service Level Agreements

  • Develop a diverse, engaged and motivated team to support the program to achieve overall objectives and long term goals for the enterprise

  • Attract, retain, promote and reward the best talent

  • Ensure employees have exciting and measurable business goals and objectives and meaningful leadership development plans

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with retirement and/or well-being programs

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment

  • Experience with driving and leading organizational change with positive results

  • 3+ years of experience crafting operational strategy, or implementing and executing against organizational strategy

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $120,960 – $224,640
