The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Patriot Advance Capability (PAC-3) Special Test Equipment (STE) group located in Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Develops and deploys localized training content

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience creating, analyzing, and reporting status through the use of various tools (i.e. BERT – Cognos, and My Learning) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • 3+ years' experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS)

  • 3+ years' experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience with standard & adhoc reports

  • Experience in governance and global compliance (i.e. training, etc.)

  • Experience coaching and developing others

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
