The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards Financial Benefit Delivery organization is currently seeking a Financial Well Being Delivery Senior Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the largest employer sponsored 401k plan in the country.

 

This Senior Leader manages employees delivering 401k, pension, non-qualified and financial well being programs and plans. The manager leads a team of subject matter experts (SME) in defining, implementing, sustaining and optimizing benefit delivery and plans.

                          

This position can be based in any of the following locations: Meza, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; Austin, Texas; Arlington, Virginia; Renton, Washington, Chicago, Illinois or Hazelwood, Missouri.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees and mid-level managers who are implementing strategies and managing administration and delivery of the plans and programs

  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquire resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manage, develop and motivate employees and mid-level managers

  • Manage financial and data integrity

  • Ensure accurate employee/retiree contributions and payroll deductions for health plan coverage

  • Develop a diverse, engaged and motivated team to support the program to achieve overall objectives and long term goals for the enterprise

  • Attract, retain, promote and reward the best talent

  • Ensure employees have challenging and measurable business goals and objectives and meaningful leadership development plans

  • Utilize resources in a lean and effective manner to reduce expenses and maximize productivity; conduct Lean+ process improvements to improve operations; identify risk areas and develop process control plans to mitigate such areas; and use root cause corrective action plans to ensure continues improvement

  • Lead a pro-active safety culture by teaching, modeling, talking, measuring and rewarding safe behavior

  • Manage the supplier relationship and ensure high quality delivery

  • Travel up 15% of time

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

  • 5+ years of experience working with financial well being programs

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment

  • Experience with driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive results

 

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

 

Summary pay range: $120,960 – $224,640
