Enterprise Architecture Standards and Governance is currently looking for a Standards Management Data Visualization Lead to join their team in Charleston, SC. This position will focus on supporting governance and standards aligned to enterprise architecture as well as delivering robust data visualization capabilities for the business. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components.
• Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements.
• Incorporates architecture functions into visualization management.
• Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives aligning to the orbitational OKRs
• Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments.
• Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.
• Leads the development, documentation and maintenance of software architectures in order to meet customer, functional, and/or regulatory requirements, quality objectives, and constraints specific to the applicable domain and available technology
• Provides technical leadership for project management including schedules, plans, and estimates.
• Prioritizes tasks and leads reviews.
• Assists project managers with risk management and progress reviews.
• Performs CSC requirements change assessment.
• Reviews statements of work, conducts estimates and manages risks.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):         

• Knowledge of Tableau and/or Cognos
• Experience creating data management dashboards
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators and data visualization metrics
• Knowledge of ESATS
• Knowledge Product Taxonomy
• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
• Experience in data modeling

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Tableau and/or Cognos
• TBM
• DevSecOps

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
