Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Facilities Space Planner to support our business in Chantilly, VA. This organization supports mission critical government programs.

The Facilities Space Planner will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to quickly and effectively address facilities and construction needs for a U.S. Government customer.  Work will be taking place at a facility requiring a security clearance.

Position Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers for space requirements

- Provide drawings using AutoCAD to demonstrate possible  space test fits

- Perform space walks to verify database is accurate

- Input data in Archibus and run reports for customers at needed

- Create and/or modify space agreements throughout the facility

- Make recommendations for optimal space utilization

- Make and research office furniture as required by the customer

- Provide data to management monthly for program management review briefings

- Update AutoCad redlines as projects are completed to reflect current furniture and personnel conditions

- Update as-builts as required

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Chantilly, VA. location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  A final Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph Post-Start is required.

Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

- Space Planning experience

- AutoCAD experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Archibus experience

Typical Education & Experience:  

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
