Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Experienced Production/Inventory Coordinator to support the Team in N. Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.

Monitors work in process.

Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability.

Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.

Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Able to lift up to 35 lbs; Frequent lifting up to 10 lbs; Occasional carrying, lifting, pushing/pulling, walking, standing, balancing; Frequent reaching overhead and at or above shoulder; Frequent sitting; Frequent climbing.

Forklift and/or stacker lift truck experience.

Minimum of 3 year of aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing experience.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working with the ERPLN application

Experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker

Experience working with One BPS (One Boeing Production System)

Experience and system knowledge of Bessy, eTRAC, Cribmaster, CIMs, KITS, and/or Velocity

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience OR relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
