This role is for a Mid-Level Certification System Analyst in the Boeing Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Boeing ODA office in Oklahoma City supports the certification activity associated with various Executive Transport, Foreign Military Head of State, and Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft. 

This individual will work in support of the Boeing ODA, primarily focused on certification and processes and procedures.  This person should be able to apply their previous certification experience and knowledge of FAA regulations and policy, including FAA Order 8110.4, 8100.15, and 8110.101, to Boeing ODA processes and procedures.  Previous FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and ODA experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) programs on behalf of the ODA

  • Coordinates with program engineering and multiple discipline organizations to ensure successful execution

  • Manages FAA correspondence and meeting minutes

This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

  • 2+ years of experience with aircraft certification

  • Experience in aircraft certification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with FAA Certification

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
