The Boeing Company is hiring for an Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Level A) to support the Team in Helena, Montana

Position Responsibilities:

• Works under supervision with limited understanding of the job. 
• Performs maintenance on factory equipment. 
• Assists with troubleshooting, analyzing, inspecting, disassembling, rebuilding, modifying and testing factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. 
• Follows blueprint and schematic requirements to maintain and repair equipment.
• Responds to requests for equipment repair. 
• Identifies and requests component and replacement part inventories.
• Prioritize daily work assignments based on production and customer needs and management priority to maintain production equipment utilization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 1+ years of experience with general equipment maintenance.
• 1+ years of experience reading diagrams used to maintain machine tools.
• 1+ years of experience reading mechanical drawings.
• 1+ years of experience reading operating manuals and follow sequential instructions.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED).
