Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Level Access Administrator to support our business in Chantilly, VA.

This candidate will ensure the health, welfare and safety of a facility in an office environment.  Candidate will welcome visitors, process deliveries and issue badges.  Attention to detail is a key skill for this position.  This position may require overtime and weekends when necessary.

Position Responsibilities:

- Opens/closes facility suites

- Processes/badges students, visitors, and contractors/vendors

- Controls/monitors ingress and egress for facility floors/suites

- Answers phone calls and delivers messages

- Provides administrative, communications, audiovisual, security, and logistical support

- Escorts contractors/vendors

- Receives floor deliveries and coordinates package pick-ups

-Provides proximity cards for building, garage, and gym access

- Serves as emergency responder/fire warden

- Monitors and controls physical access to company property

- Verifies authorized credentials

- Produces and issues identification credentials to comply with company requirements to insure persons on company property are identified and are authorized to access property

- Utilizes company standard production equipment and supplies

- Ensures compliance with government and company requirements regarding access

- Enters required records into provided data management systems

- Maintains pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements

- Responds to authorized inquiries

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our  Chantilly, VA. location.

This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required).  (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).

Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

- Experience as a Facility Security or Access Officer

- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools

- Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis

- Capable of working overtime and weekends, when necessary

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Experience working with a U.S. Government customer

Typical Education/Experience:  

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
