Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join our team in N. Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.
• Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.
• Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.
• Formalizes procurement requirements with customers
• Negotiate documents.
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develops organization and company improvement plans.

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in N. Charleston, SC.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans.
• 5+ years of experience developing proposals
• 5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles.

Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 10 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
 

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
