Our National Security Team supports the customer by investigating, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents that attempt to breach the Customer’s network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.



AT&T has an opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Grimlock contract.



The job duties of the Senior Logistics Analyst are as follows:                                                                                                        




            
  • Management and control of Government property for our customer, providing the appropriate inventory and property accountability control necessary to precisely track 100% of the customer’s inventory

  •         
  • Creating, updating, and implementing logistics support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which detail the specifics of proper asset management and inventory control.

  •         
  • Verify & validate accuracy of property records in the Systems Applications, & Products (SAP) database

  •         
  • Obtain SAP certifications and ensure certification remains current.

  •         
  • Familiarity with industry & government logistics & property accountability manuals, regulations, & directives.

  •         
  • Conducting periodic inventory sampling of accountable property to assure sound inventory control measures are in place.

  •         
  • Maintain detailed accounting of all temporary and permanent transfers of government property using applicable documentation and customer directives and instructions.

  •         
  • Shipping and receiving equipment in support of customer operations complying with existing procedures, instructions, and directives.

  •         
  • Compliance with all published warehouse safety and OSHA requirements as they relate to warehouse operations and personal safety.

  •         
  • Recommend and execute strategies to address audit findings.

  •         
  • Able to review a broad range of complex inventory records and requirements; track, report and develop recommendations; interface with subcontractors and customers to ensure requirements are satisfied

  •         
  • Detail oriented & organized; understand complex inventory control & tracking requirements; ensure accuracy

  •         
  • Able to identify issues, risks, concerns & develop course of action to mitigate the issue & prevent recurrence

  •         
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office family of products, email, and government logistics practices



Required Clearance:



TS/SCI with polygraph (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)



Required Qualifications:




            
  • A minimum of 5+ years overall related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or an Associates degree and 7+ years related experience or 9+ years overall related experience with no degree.

  •         
  • Logistics experience supporting the US Government

  •         
  • Strong business communication skills with strong verbal communications to interface effectively

  •         
  • Security + certification is preferred.

  •         
  • Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Office, etc

  •         
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  •         
  • Must be able to walk for long periods of time within a warehouse or customer workplace setting to conduct inventories and inspect equipment

  •         
  • Inventories and inspections may also require bending, squatting, and maneuvering around crowed locations

  •         
  • Must be able to lift and move 50 lb. equipment and boxes

  •         
  • Must be able to operates a computer and other office productivity equipment
