Our Yorktown II team supports the customer by providing timely and knowledgeable support functions to the Geospatial Search and Retrieval (GSR) Tool.



AT&T has an opening for a System Administrator, Mid to support the Yorktown II contract.



The job duties of the System Administrator, Mid are as follows:                                                                                                        




            
  • Provide Tier II support to the GEOINT Search and Retrieval Tool (GSR)

  •         
  • Ensure the GSR system is operation with the correct parameters and troubleshoot any issues with the system

  •         
  • Resolving, investigating, implementing, testing and deploying of Operational Incidents, Problem Investigations (PRB), and Discrepancy Reports (DRs). in accordance with NGA standards all priority incidents.

  •         
  • Continuously engage until the critical service has been restored or an acceptable workaround has been deployed.

  •         
  • Utilize the Agency-specific support tool for initiating and tracking the status of incidents and discrepancies (e.g. Service+).

  •         
  • Conduct, Document, and Report Root Cause Analysis investigations for Priority 1 or 2 Incidents and urgent fixes at the request of the government.

  •         
  • Assistance to Agency-specific Test Organization for Emergency/Urgent Operations INCs/DEFs/DRs/PBRs fix, unless waived by the Government.

  •         
  • Coordinating with the ISPs as necessary for the resolution of incidents.

  •         
  • Briefing status of incidents and coordinate deployments of fixes with stakeholders

  •         
  • Providing troubleshooting support to ensure stability issues, latency issues, internal and external connectivity issues, user authentication/authorization issues, and similar incidents are resolved.



Required Clearance:



TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)



Required Qualifications:




            
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 4 additional years of experience

  •         
  • 4+ years of experience as a system administrator

  •         
  • Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining integrity and configuring network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements

  •         
  • Good communication skills

  • Experience with using ServiceNow

  •         
  • Experience troubleshooting software/system issues

  •         
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment

  •         
  • Previous experience with the NGA Geospatial Search & Retrieval tool
