Our National Security, Executive Programs Group supports Federal Government agencies by providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, data, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of government operations.



AT&T has an opening for a Deputy Program Manager to support the Pinnacle X program providing program management of secure telecommunications operations and management.



Deputy PM shall:




            
  • Assist the PM with the overall success of the program and ensuring that the program team designs, constructs, assembles, tests, and makes the proposed system fully operational on time and within budget.

  •         
  • In the absences of the PM, represents AT&T in all matters concerning the program.

  •         
  • Establishes work schedules, allocates task assignments, monitors field installations, evaluates work progress, and interacts directly with the Government.

  •         
  • Organize, implement, and complete all Pinnacle X program requirements. 

  •         
  • Interface with the AT&T managers to coordinate work performance, task execution, and provide overall guidance.

  •         
  • Provide oversight and guidance to all personnel – AT&T and subcontractors – assigned to the contract.

  •         
  • Coordinate personnel assignments, work schedules, skill requirements, and hours of coverage required to meet program requirements.

  •         
  • Ensure personnel hours recorded on time sheets reflect the actual hours worked.



Required Clearance:



Top Secret (#topsecret)  Must be clearable to SCI and Presidential Support Duty (Yankee White)



Required Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in telecommunications operations and maintenance with emphasis on managing telecommunications systems.  Experience working with equipment vendors and carriers desired. An additional eight years of management experience in operating and maintaining telecommunication systems may be substituted for a degree.



Desired Qualifications:



PMP certification, Cisco network certifications, and experience with High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) enclosures is desired.
