AT&T Public Sector – Government Security has an immediate requirement for a Sr. Specialist Government Security Manager/FSO to provide advanced professional security support across a broad spectrum of security disciplines, personnel, physical, procedural, communications security/COMSEC to enable diverse program activities and personnel executing USG contracts and business development in Leesburg, VA. The position requires knowledge and experience in all security disciplines, interrelated with knowledge of/experience with multiple USG agency industrial security policies, procedures and processes.

The position measurably contributes to contract/business success through responsibilities which include:

        
• Serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in accordance with the NISPOM

        
• Developing/executing physical/procedural security plans/programs; providing personnel security support (to include acquisition and maintenance of clearances at varying levels)

        
• Advising personnel on reporting requirements related to maintaining a government security clearance

        
• Performing critical COMSEC custodian functions

        
• Use of Security Information Management Systems (SIMs) for persec, document control, etc.

        
• Ensuring readiness and compliance for gov security assessments/inspections

        
• Responsible for ensuring initial and annual security briefings are conducted/completed as required by the CSA

        
• Partnering with program management and security colleagues to identify and resolve potential risks to sensitive program and customer operations; maintaining and expanding relationships with customer security counterparts and/or the CSA to address and resolve security issues important for the execution of AT&T business

Preferred Experience:

        
• Minimum of five years as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or as a Manager of USG Industrial Security programs

        
• Successful completion of the DCSA FSO certification and other personnel, physical, and insider threat, security professional training

        
• Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of, and success in, managing multidisciplinary security programs/facilities, and in ensuring compliance with corporate, DCSA and USG procedures, regulations and policies, such as the 5220.22M (NISPOM) and SEAD 3.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Top Secret clearance, clearable to TS/SCI (#topsecret) (#ts/sci)
