Our US Department of Homeland Security Team is focused on serving the DHS component agencies, including CISA, USSS and USCG, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of DHS operations.
AT&T has an opening for Client Solutions Executive 3 to support the DHS customer in providing enterprise data, voice and professional services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the DHS customer to understand their mission, concerns and requirements.
- Ensure that AT&T is fulfilling the needs of the customer.
- Attain assigned sales quota in working with DHS customers to grow their accounts.
- Position will work in support of and receive assignment & direction from the Senior Client Solution Executive on the account.
Required Clearance: Clearable US Citizen able to obtain a Top Secret clearance (#topsecret)
Required Qualifications:
Education B.A. or B.S.
- The Candidate must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the customer, the Senior Client Executive and the other members of the AT&T team.
- Able to work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure.
- Ability to effectively convey ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form, both informally and formally.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in working in the federal government telecommunications environment such as selling to the federal government customer.
- Experience in working with DHS preferred.
