Key Responsibilities:

As the Tech Support (A&P Mechanic), you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment. You may conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. Also, you will manage technical products, services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers. The Tech Support (A&P Mechanic) may also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications. You will proudly serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Airframe & Powerplant License
  • 2 years’ experience - Inspection of Engine parts Refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, or modules and components
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Shop/Bench refurbishment experience.
  • P&WC powered Airframe experience
  • Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred.
  • Prior PT6, PW100 and PW500 shop and field experience is a plus
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface
  • Customer service skills.

Comments: There is up to 20% travel, for this role
