Position Overview:

This Customer Service Co-Op position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Defense Aftermarket organization.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the domestic U.S. Government customer interfacing representatives you will be responsible for supporting  a variety of customer related issues requiring internal coordination within the Collins business units.
  • Data analysis, presentation creation and recommendations to both internal and external customers will be required.
  • PPT manipulation
  • Excel data manipulation i.e.. comparing to other data sets and deducing outcomes
  • Engage within Collins business units to seek input on overdue orders, proposals or deliveries
  • Participate in technical meetings to ascertain relevant discussions and provide feedback to teammates

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically excel "Vloopup"s and ability to multi-task while maintaining a focus on results.
  • General understanding of mechanical items such as housings, pumps, circuit cards and gearboxes.
  • General understanding of the military organizational structure or military experience desired

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
