• To manage and monitor the full compliance with all applicable Quality Management system as a certificated Repair station for various regulatory agencies.

• Review and update manuals, procedures and other documents to maintain the Quality Management System to ensure

• Performs internal and external quality audits in accordance with established procedures and provides close follow-up to ensure effective and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions

• Conducts internal investigations into quality escapes and work with the relevant department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
   
• Conducts airworthiness regulatory and Human Factors training for all employees as assigned
   
• Establish and manage all MRO key processes, work instructions and forms.

• Oversee the special processes in the organisation

• Liaise with training lead to establish an effective training and qualification system to track training records and authorisations.

• Actively involved in Continuous Improvement (CI) events and contributing to improvements in work processes and quality

• Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations.
• Might be required to handle US Export Controlled Hardware and Technology.
