We have an amazing Opportunity right now as a Detail Inspector - 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of inspection duties relating to overhaul and repair of engines or components. 
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of a variety of engine components to determine serviceability, and conformance to specifications. 
• Must be able to read, understand measurement and tolerances, and work to technical instructions.
• Use a variety of precision measuring instruments to perform dimensional checks. 
• Perform various required tasks in SAP. 

Basic Qualifications:

• FAA Powerplant Certificate
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in aircraft engine overhaul & repair shop.
• 3 years’ experience in aircraft engine maintenance
• 1 year of SAP experience

Pratt & Whitney in Bridgeport, WV is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
