• 1st und 2nd Level Support im Bereich der Infrastruktur
• 1st Level Support der Softwaresysteme
• Integration und Installation von Software
• Monitoring der System-Health
• Ausrollen neuer Hardware
• Entwickeln und Implementierung von Hardwaresystemen
• Schnittstelle zu IT-Drittanbietern
• Beschaffung von IT Equipment
• Schnittstelle zu konzerninternen IT-Bereichen
