Raytheon is seeking a strong candidate to join the Global Time & Labor Management Team.  The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of time feeds for multiple international sites, leading projects, and solving complex problems.  The US and International Time & Labor Management team is a fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, team-oriented environment which is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Implementing new international time & attendance programs around the globe

•Performs all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and documenting and updating procedures.

•Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely

•Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.

•Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for countries supported

•Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions

•Provide excellent customer service

•Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality

Required Skills:

•Prior knowledge of or experience with Payroll/Labor

•Knowledge of payroll best practices

•Knowledge of or experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as: Workday and EV5

•Strong PC Skills including proficiency with  Microsoft Office applications in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

•Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

•Must be able to retain confidentiality of all transactions and monitor transactions to ensure proper handling

Desired Skills

•Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.

•Experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers (ADP and Safeguard World International)

•Ability to speak and read a foreign language

Required Education:

•This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field and 2 years of applicable professional experience
