•    Candidate with BTech/MTech/PHD in electrical engineering with minimum of 7+ years in electric motor design and manufacturing. Candidate should be strong in electrical motor design theory and practical implementation  aspect. Experience in SPEED, ANSYS or other motor design and thermal analysis such as Motor CAD tool is desirable.
Responsibilities
•    Design and testing of electric motor (mainly PMSM, BLDC and induction motor) 
•    Electrical engineering focus on the electromagnetic motor design aspect
•    Work with different domain such as mechanical engineer for motor packaging, motor drive team for motor control 
•    Ownership of components from concept, design, testing, validation, qualification and production release and support.
•    Collaboration with supply chain, vendor, and manufacturing engineers.
•    Continuously evaluate new technologies and design improvements to develop the most power dense, efficient, low cost, and reliable electric motor.
