The Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain DAT Customer Support and Supplier Performance Team is responsible for working closely with suppliers, partners and engine centers across the globe to ensure the delivery of affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs. Our team fosters an internal environment that thrives on utilization of the Raytheon CORE operating system, while coaching and supporting suppliers to ensure they meet our contractual turn-around time (TAT), key metrics, and achieve success in their lean journey towards supplier gold. Other responsibilities of the organization include managing performance data/metrics, driving on-time delivery, managing critical escalation processes for the GTF aftermarket supply chain value stream, and working with our DAT customers to reduce repair supply chain risk. This role will be a key member of the GTF DAT Support/Supplier Performance team, providing data, analysis, reports and metrics to support decision-making and successful execution of the broader organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of OneAero ERM tracker optimization, including gap assessments and data maturity efforts
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to set objectives, document requirements, and implement solutions
• Serve as gatekeeper for GTF repair supplier performance data, developing consistent reporting formats and supporting ad hoc data requests as needed
• Act as CORE operating system focal for overall DAT Support/Supplier Performance organization to ensure process improvement and robustness
• Drive automation of reporting and efficiency of processes
• Manage policy and procedure development as it pertains to OneAero data and GTF supplier performance management
• Development of standardized work and other project management tasks, as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technologies or relevant field
• Strong SAP experience
• Superb project management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and assess system gaps
• US Person Status required due to government contract

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Highly effective team player able to develop and sustain team commitment and ownership
• Self-motivated, high energy individual that can act with minimal guidance
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internally and at suppliers/3rd party organizations
• Familiarity with GTF engines strongly preferred
