Technical Skills Required:

1. Hands-On experience in development and troubleshooting on embedded targets

2. Proven programming experience in C/C++

3. Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, bare metal

4. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review

5. Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components

6. Review and manage defects using Jira and SVN.

7. Experience in developing interrupt driven firmware for real time control of peripherals such as A/D, power supplies, I2C, SPI etc.

8. Used I2C, UART modules.

9. Modify I2C firmware to prevent microcontroller program endless loops.

10. Understanding of compiler , Linker and loader for PIC controller.

12. Good understanding of intel Hex format.

Soft Skills Required:

1. Strong documentation and writing skills

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Should be independently able to determine problem statements and propose solutions.

4. Should be ready to work in challenging projects, and have a can-do attitude.

5. Should have a innovative mindset.

Additional Skills (Desirable)

1. Knowledge of DO-178B/C

2. Working knowledge of Python, Matlab and Simulink
