Pratt & Whitney has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician (T4 grade level). In this role, the selected candidate will perform all activities associated with the disassembly, inspection and assembly of jet engines and powerplants, both on and off-wing. This position requires practical application of technical knowledge and strong numerical and reading skills to interpret complex work instructions. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills are needed for a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engine disassembly/assembly - Perform mechanic duties to disassemble and assemble engines, engine sections and accessories
• Clean - Perform cleaning of engine parts and components
• Inspection - Inspect engines, engine sections, accessories and component parts to determine serviceability and repairability
• Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities
• Represent P&W well through professional behaviors and a customer-first mindset
• Travel for this role is extensive

Basic Qualifications:

• A&P license with 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance
• U.S. Person status required due to government contracts
