Candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engine performance and powerplant engineering related training courses to internal and external customers, both at the Customer Training Center (CTC) and on-site at customer locations around the world.

The position will require some travel, typically 2 to 3 weeks maximum duration, accounting for up to 10 % of their time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and delivery of specific training modules related to engine health monitoring EngineWise Data (ADEM)
• Maintenance cost management
• Workscope assessment
• SB management, engine removal forecasting, fault isolation, performance troubleshooting
• Engine failure analysis and engine design & repair
• Designing courseware in accordance with the P&W CTC Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Process
• Evaluating course material for content and accuracy
• Recording quality escapes to support ACE requirements
• CTC Lead responsible for fielding customer requests and directing customers to appropriate P&W support personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
• 8+ years experience in a related field required
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should be familiar with the various P&W fleet management programs offered to our customers
• Also possess a strong background on commercial airlines and MRO operations
• Knowledge of the V2500 and CFM-56 engine performance is highly desired
• Desire and ability to work with customers from all cultures is essential
• Desire and patience to work with adult learners
• Should be motivated and have a positive personality
• Prior teaching experience is a plus
