Are you ready to go beyond?

Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks. Plans and executes processes and gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data. Analyzes, maintains, compiles and formats data and design changes. Produces drawings, reports and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures of Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Configuration Management (CM) under supervision.
  • Perform Audits to comply with documentation of Product Change & Incorporation Review (PCIR) process.
  • Coordinate meetings for different process steps within the PCIR flow map for CCB reviews.
  • Develop strong fundamentals and understanding of flow map and impact of CM tasks.
  • Ability to provide support to Build of Materials and Process Engineering Changes.
  • Refers more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
  • Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using CORE tools and support AS9100 efforts.
  • Obtain CORE Apprentice certification.
  • Support project management activities.
  • Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties / functions within the company
  • Update project metrics.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree
  • 2+ years in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts
  • English fluency (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic Engineering knowledge
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Teamcenter, SharePoint experience

Additional Notes: 

  • Up to 10% travel (to other sites)
  • Work schedule: Remote, working remotely and alternately in-office if needed
