Manages major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines on a regular basis.  Performs supply chain activities that cannot be attributed to a define discipline.  This position is for a Supply Chain Management technician who works under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works under direct supervision to assist with Supply Chain program management tasks

• Translate, distributes, and maintain limited-scope Supply Chain policy and procedure documents, manuals, and other related information

• Collect and analyze basic data on a periodic basis monthly or quarterly and helps to maintain Supply Chain data management systems

• Develops routine detailing Supply Chain activities

• Develop basic communication materials

• Tracks the status and documents the findings of small-scale Supply Chain projects

• Gather data to create manage and monitor process metrics in regards to Request for Quote, Service Agreements, Long term Agreements, Validation and Revaluations

• Responsible for performing activities related to contracts, such as management and maintenance of Service Agreements and Long term Agreements in SAP systems

• Analyze data reports to suggest improvements

• Apply Project Management in all projects

• Resolve issues through immediate action or short term planning

• Participate in audits

• Gather, coordinate, manage, and update process metrics used in the ACE Continuous Improvement Operating System, within P&W PR and/or P&W PR Customers

• Assist Supervisor in estimating, initiating and coordinating team projects

• Constant communication with other parties

• Gather data to create and manage files to process updates in regards to procurement orders

Basic Qualifications: 

• Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree

• 2+ years in Computer Science or Business Administration with basic Engineering knowledge

• US Citizenship required due to government contracts

• English fluency (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required

• Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Obtain ACE Associate certification

• Support project management activities

• Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company

Additional Notes: 

• Up to 10% travel

• Work schedule: Hybrid, working alternately in-office and remotely, but would consider remote
