Performs a variety of Material Handling tasks associated with inventory control, stockroom, kitting, expediting and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
  • Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (not to include forklifts or high bay vehicles) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
  • Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
  • Processes purchase orders for spare tooling and materials.
  • Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
  • Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment. Records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
  • Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance.
  • Oversees inventory and maintains all government tooling property according to military regulations.
  • Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
  • Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
  • Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
  • Performs other related duties as required within the scope of this job function.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch and occasionally required to talk or hear.  The associate must occasionally lift, push, pull and move up to 35 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
  • Basic PC operational skills including but not limited to using a keyboard, mouse, basic data entry and email.
  • Prior relevant experience in inventory control or material handling role required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $31,699-42,899; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
