Description
Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of mixed signal/analog modules for Electro-Optical Space and Airborne applications. The Senior Electrical Engineer must be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design from concept through delivery to higher level assemblies as evidenced by multiple successful design completions. This position will function in multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects. This person will be the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for development of one or more complex modules or units and will be expected to apply rigorous and systematic design processes to ensure total design compliance. This position will interface with Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTL) and stake holders to ensure program objectives are achieved.

Duties include design of analog and mixed-signal circuit cards, technical leadership and oversight of custom integrated design products, implementation of Raytheon product development processes and technical risk assessments, deployment and improvement of design processes, technology planning and roadmap alignment, and mentor

Required Skills:
  • Must have at least 4 years of related experience in:
  • Product design, analysis, and test of Mixed Signal Modules and Units for space applications
  • Capable of functioning in multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Experience designing electronics for space applications
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to access US only data systems.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

  • Experience with intellectual property generation (patents & publications)

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Current SSBI Clearance
Required Education:
  • BS, Electrical or related Engineering
  • 2 years with advanced degree
Desired Education:
  • MS, Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
