We are hiring for a Business Systems Analyst in Everett, WA. This is a hybrid (remote/onsite) position. Candidate within a commutable distance for meetings is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of excel visual basics to manage and modify existing electronic data interchanges between excel and MRP for mass data uploads. 
  • Create and present Executive level reports and presentations. 
  • Maintain accurate demand forecast, through customer provided forecast, internal rate assessments, and historical data. 
  • Independently resolves moderately complex problems requiring interaction with various cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations and Sales. 
  • Focal for return material authorization. Coordinate directly with internal and external customers to achieve contractual turnaround times of returned product. 
  • Process applicable credit, free of charge, or rework quotations; coordinating with finance for approvals and distribution to the customer. 
  • Establish a working schedule of priority returns for operations. 
  • Communicate status of each return directly with the customer, providing updates on estimated completion dates at various stages of the rework process. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of Business Analyst experience OR
  • Advance Degree from an accredited university and 3+ years Business Analyst experience OR
  • In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with all levels of leadership and stakeholders
  • 2+ years of Demand Planning experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Superior organizational skills
  • Data Analyst with Demand Planning experience
  • SAP Knowledge a plus.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Able to anticipate needs and shows initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and highest standards of quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
