Job Description:
RIS Cybersecurity Training and Services (CTS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join their Product Support team. In this position, you will provide day-to-day support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs, including programs within Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD). This position oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between program management, planning, project team, and management. S/he will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives as well as develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for interventions and problem solving with program managers. S/he will review and analyze the program financials and provide recommendations to the senior program managers on forecasting, manpower planning and estimate at Complete (EACs). S/he will be responsible for the execution of growth initiatives and overseeing proposal generation. The Program Manager will also perform ad hoc requests as assigned by the Sr Program Manager.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a diverse, multifunctional team and have the following skills / experience.

Required Skills:
  • This position requires a minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Operations, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering or similar degree of education or equivalent
  • Three of more years of hands-on program experience independently leading multi- disciplined teams in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management processes for execution of complex programs and proposals.
  • Able to navigate competing priorities and be flexible to constant change
  • Self-motivator who takes ownership and drives resolution of problems in a safe and practical manner
  • Visionary with ability to think broadly and conceptually
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and also Access if the project requires a large database.
  • Ability to obtain Clearance
  • Raytheon Program Manager 5 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of accepting the position.
Desired Skills:
  • Prior proposal and price experience
  • Experience in capturing new business / growth opportunities
  • Experience with master schedules, cost control systems, work breakdown structures, and development of other contract deliverables (CDRLs)
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions for programs and/or technical requirements for growth opportunity
  • Solid interpersonal and customer relationship skills and demonstrated experience in building relationships
  • Understanding of Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with a major in Business, Finance, Operations, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
