Job Description

1. Manages projects and processes related to Total Rewards programs for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly.
2. Develops metrics and goals for Total Rewards program management.
3. Prepares presentations and documentation for leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs and processes.
4. Develops procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data to assess Total Rewards programs
5. Addresses complex questions from employees and other HR professionals.
6. May liaise with vendors, ensuring Total Rewards programs within an assigned area are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget.
7. Uses data to evaluate organizational requirements and determines compensation requirements.
8. Recommends allocation of compensation and benefits appropriately to attract and retain talent.
9. Conducts market analyses to understand compensation and benefits competitiveness in the market.
