Veteran Owned Firm Seeking System Integrator with Full Scope Polygraph for Role in Reston, VA

We just signed a new client looking to hire a System Integrator with TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraaph to support an IC client in Reston, VA.

Position Role and Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented system integrator to support a key customer group. The successful candidate will apply a well-rounded set of skills and relevant customer experience to support a variety of customers and functions in a dynamic and exciting environment. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that requires engagement, outreach and interactions with numerous stakeholders. As well as the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure completion, create high quality documents and presentations and operate independently with minimal supervision.

Position Requirements:
• TOP SECRET SCI clearance with a government approved Full Scope Polygraph
• Proven ability to work independently without oversight while exercising good judgement on task completion and coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders as necessary. This skill is essential to the job
• Strong attention to detail, working quickly but accurately to deliver high-quality products that do not require correction
• Be a self-starter with a drive to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes proven experience being responsible for capturing actions, dispositioning them and follow through persistently until they are completed
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers at all levels of the organization, exhibiting tact while being effective
• Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously through exceptional organization and time management skills
• Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for senior-level audiences to include capturing information on the fly in an accurate manner
• Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience through technical editing
• Support a variety of activities to include organizing agendas, capturing and disseminating read ahead material, capturing and distributing minutes from meetings, etc for a variety of customer review boards
• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer experience, with work in technology and operations organizations preferred
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products

• Experience working in a technology/engineering organization that supports operations
• Technical degree to help understand technical projects the customer executes
