Job Purpose: FRDA seeks an experienced and highly capable Threat Finance Analyst interested in supporting the US Intelligence Community.

Essential Functions:

Conduct all-source forensic accounting analysis by fusing financial/transactional data from formal banking systems, financial reports and other forms of reporting.
Analyze specific foreign financial activities including threat financiers, facilitators and financial networks associated with, but not limited to, terrorism, CD, narco-terrorism, counterintelligence, insurgency, proliferation and operational activity that threatens US national security interests.
Aggregate and fuse multi-modal transactional data and identity.
Prepare and integrate financial data from all available sources including, but not limited to, SIGNIT intercepts, HIMINT, Law Enforcement FISA, search warrants and subpoenas, DOMEX, shared data such as Bank Secrecy Act, formal banking systems, Suspicious Activities Reports and informal systems.
Apply statistical techniques including flows analysis, visualization and geospatial analysis to bulk and raw transactional data.
Apply intelligence collection requirements, essential elements of information, priority intelligence requirements and search terms to DOMEX triage process.
All other duties as assigned.
Some travel may be required both CONUS and OCONUS.
Required Skills/Experience:

A minimum of 8 years in conducting relevant analysis, with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area from college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
Experience in threat finance or financial intelligence.
TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Attributes:

Working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies such as structured analytic techniques or alternatives approaches to examine biases, assumptions and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments and mitigate surprise.   Analytic techniques include but are not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil’s Advocacy, High-Impact/Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Future Analysis.
Proficient ability to communicate complex issues clearly and in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools to create reports, documents, briefing materials, etc.
Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced.
Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations and intelligence disciplines.
Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Capable of leading teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems and provider guidance in methodologies.
