Job Purpose: FRDA seeks an experienced and highly capable Source Validation Desk Officer interested in supporting the INSCOM in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Essential Functions:

Conduct operational support of full spectrum HUMINT operations to determine risk versus gain.
Research and develop recommendations on effective Army HUMINT Source Validation processes, procedures, policies, regulations and directives.
Provide functional support to include research, analysis, policy formulation, technical control, etc to full spectrum HUMINT targeting, source validation and operational risk assessments.
Present oral, visual and written presentations to senior-level Government and military leadership. Compose documents, briefings, white papers. Support staff actions based on approved recommendations.
All other duties as assigned.
Some travel may be required both CONUS and OCONUS.
Required Skills/Experience:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an all-source or CI analyst or HUMINT Targeting Officer.
Understanding of HUMINT collection operations.
Graduate of either Army – 35F Course or 351F Course (or equivalent).
TS/SCI Security Clearance.
*College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Attributes:

Completion of Army OSINT Course (or equivalent) and HUMINT Targeting Course
Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems
Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
*This position is contingent upon final award and subsequent available funding.
