Job Purpose: FRDA seeks an experienced and highly capable Army Counterintelligence – Cyber Special Agent Trainer/Mentor interested in supporting the INSCOM in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Essential Functions:

Manage and assist in daily operations of CI Agents assigned to Counterintelligence-Cyber Digital Threat Investigator (CDTI) training program.
Provide personnel and supervisory services along with courseware development, instructions/training, mentoring and administration.
Develop, deliver and maintain IC training materials approve by US Government to include full TSPs, documentation of current TTPs and best practices. Develop Training Task Inventory (TTI) and subtasks for CDTI training program.
Provide instruction, assistance and subject mater expertise for digital forensics, forensics analysis, network intrusion investigations and CI investigations in a cyber environment.
Assist in the development the CDTI Program of Interest (POI) and provide training, including emerging TTPs, an introduction to the overall CDTI training program, digital forensics, CI-Cyber/Cyber Insider Threats, network intrusions, log analysis, source operations in a cyber environment, online open source research and fundamentals of cyber security.
Assist the U.S. Government/Army personnel with managing the annual throughput of CDTI students before, during, and after attending the CDTI training program. Must abide by Army CI policies, Army CI procedures and applicable laws when presenting the CI curriculum and shall ensure exercise facilitation accounts for appropriate level of scenario injects that will be stressed at the individual through CI leader levels.
Some travel may be required both CONUS (primarily Ft. Meade) and OCONUS.
Required Skills/Experience:

10 years’ Army CI experience and 5 years of cyber experience in a mission-related role.
Graduate of Army CI Special Agent Course
Cyber Crime Investigator certified by Defense Cyber Crime Center Cyber Training Academy (within the last 5 years
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in related discipline
TS/SCI Security Clearance
Attributes:

Prior Army instructor experience
Familiarity with integrating online multimedia course instructional methods and training facilitation to groups of various sizes in various settings.
Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems
Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
